Ingredients
- 140gPorridge oats
- 850mlAlmond milk
- 2 tspVanilla extract
- 15gGround almonds
- 120gBlueberries
- 1tbspChia seeds
- HandfulFlaked almonds
- to garnishChia seeds, flaked almonds, blueberries
Method
- Step 1Put the oats, almonds, vanilla extract and milk in a pan and put on the heat.
- Step 2Bring to the boil and then simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly making sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Step 3Add the blueberries and chia seeds and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4To serve, garnish with flaked almonds, blueberries and chia seeds.
