Ingredients
  • 140gPorridge oats
  • 850mlAlmond milk
  • 2 tspVanilla extract
  • 15gGround almonds
  • 120gBlueberries
  • 1tbspChia seeds
  • HandfulFlaked almonds
  • to garnishChia seeds, flaked almonds, blueberries
Method
  • Step 1Put the oats, almonds, vanilla extract and milk in a pan and put on the heat.
  • Step 2Bring to the boil and then simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly making sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Step 3Add the blueberries and chia seeds and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 4To serve, garnish with flaked almonds, blueberries and chia seeds.
