Sides & Snacks
- 1 small bag Green and tortilla chips
- 1 can (16oz) Refried beans
- 1/2 head Romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups Shredded Colby jack cheese (or your favourite)
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 Vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
- Step 1Place tortilla chips on a serving platter.
- Step 2Layer all of the ingredients on top of the chips: refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and then top with cheese.
