Ingredients
- 175ml Apple juice
- 120ml Natural yoghurt
- 1 Banana, peeled and roughly chopped
- 170g Blueberries
- 250g Strawberries, hulled
- 1 Medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
- 300ml Skimmed milk
- 150ml Natural yogurt
- 15ml spoon Clear honey
Method
- Step 1 Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, combine all ingredients in the blender jug and blend until combined and frothy.
- Step 2 Serve immediately.
- Step 3 Top Tip: To clean your jug blender quickly add a little washing up liquid and some water and blitz to get rid of most of the residue.
