This flavourful chilli is a delicious dish that the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1kgGround beef
  • 30mlOlive oil
  • 2 Onion
  • 1Red Pepper
  • 2Red Chillies
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tspCumin
  • 1tspChilli powder
  • 300mlBeef Stock
  • 2 400mlTinned Tomatoes
  • 2tbspTomato Puree
  • 1 tin Kidney Beans
  • 9gCaster Sugar
  • To TasteSalt & Pepper
Method
  • Step 1Finely dice the onion, pepper, garlic and red chillies. Drain the kidney beans.
  • Step 2Place the oil in your Russell Hobbs Good to Go Multicooker and select the sear function.
  • Step 3After 1 minute add the beef and brown, turning often so it doesnt burn.
  • Step 4When browned slightly, add all other ingredients.
  • Step 5Set to slow cook foor 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  • Step 6Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 7Serve with rice or nachos, soured cream, guacamole and grated cheese.
