Ingredients
- 2 measures Rice
- 2 cup full Vegetable stock
- 1/2 bunch Fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 White onion, finely diced
- 20g Peas
- 2Peppers (any colour), finely diced
- To taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Step 1 Place all ingredients into the rice cooker (except the parsley) and stir well.
- Step 2 Fit the lid and cook. Once the rice is cooked stir in the parsley.
