Introduction
Add some zing to your fish dish with this Mediterranean inspire recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 measures Rice
  • 2 cup full Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1 White onion, finely diced
  • 20g Peas
  • 2Peppers (any colour), finely diced
  • To taste Salt and pepper
Method
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients into the rice cooker (except the parsley) and stir well.
  • Step 2 Fit the lid and cook. Once the rice is cooked stir in the parsley.
