Ingredients
  • Preference Dough mix
  • Preference Cinnamon
  • 5g Butter
Method
  • Step 1 Roll out two round shapes of dough, and then cut into strips.
  • Step 2 Move the strips slightly apart.
  • Step 3 Fold back every 2 strips and layer on top of each other until a lattice design is finished.
  • Step 4 Using a circular cutter, cut out approximately 8 circles, depending on your dough size.
  • Step 5 Brush with butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Step 6 Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
