- 1 Mango, peeled, stones and diced
- 1 Banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 100ml Vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 Juice of lime
- A handful Ice cubes
Method
- Step 1 Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, place your ingredients into the a blender jug.
- Step 2 Blitz the ingredients until smooth.
- Step 3 Serve over ice and enjoy.
