  • approx. 200g eachChicken breasts, butterflied
  • 4Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 bunchFlat leaf parsley
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
Method
  • Step 1Mix the lemon, garlic, parsley and seasoning in a bowl.
  • Step 2Add the chicken breasts making sure they are cove with the marinade.
  • Step 3Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 4Cook the chicken in a Russell Hobbs food steamer for 10-12 minutes or until the juices run clear.
