Introduction
Full of flavour and goodness, this superfood bread won't disappoint!
Ingredients
- 1 Green tea bag
- 1/4 cup Boiling water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Almond milk
Method
- Step 1 Sit the green tea bag in a mug and pour over the boiling water.
- Step 2 Let it sit for 3 minutes, remove the tea bag and stir in the honey.
- Step 3 Cool for a further 5 minutes.
- Step 4 Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, place all ingredients in the blender jug and blend for 30 seconds.
