Ingredients
  • 125g Soft goat cheese
  • 6 slices Parma ham
  • 3 Fresh figs
  • 10ml Olive oil
  • 10ml Honey
  • 12 Flat leaf parsley leaves
  • Preference Onion chutney
Method
  • Step 1Cut the figs in half and drizzle with the oil and honey, season and roast in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 2 Leave to completely cool.
  • Step 3Take a slice of Parma ham and cut in half length ways, place half a fig and a piece of goats cheese on top and roll.
  • Step 4Put a little onion chutney on top and a parsley leaf, spike with a cocktail stick and serve.
