Ingredients
- 125g Soft goat cheese
- 6 slices Parma ham
- 3 Fresh figs
- 10ml Olive oil
- 10ml Honey
- 12 Flat leaf parsley leaves
- Preference Onion chutney
Method
- Step 1Cut the figs in half and drizzle with the oil and honey, season and roast in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 2 Leave to completely cool.
- Step 3Take a slice of Parma ham and cut in half length ways, place half a fig and a piece of goats cheese on top and roll.
- Step 4Put a little onion chutney on top and a parsley leaf, spike with a cocktail stick and serve.
