Ingredients
- 400gmacaroni
- 2 tbspolive oil
- Saltto taste
- 50gbutter
- 50gplain flour
- 1 Lwhole milk
- 300-400ggrated leftover cheese
- Saltand cayenne pepper
- 40gbread crumbs
- 40ggrated leftover hard cheese
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Choppedflat leaf parsley
Method
- Step 1For the pasta, half fill your Russell Hobbs Good To Go Multicooker bowl with water, 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt then select the boil programme.imagename Good to Go MulticookerPrice £89.99sku 28270
- Step 2When the water is boiling add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes. Drain and lightly refresh with cold water then set aside until ready to use. Carefully wipe clean the bowl.
- Step 3For the cheese sauce, select the sear programme and add the butter to the bowl. Once the butter has melted, stir in the flour.
- Step 4Using a ladle, add in small amounts of the milk to the bowl making sure to incorporate each amount fully before adding the next amount. Continue until finished.
- Step 5Turn off the heat and stir in cheese to the sauce, followed by the pasta.
- Step 6Pre heat an oven to 180ºC.

Step 7For the topping, combine all the ingredients except the parsley and sprinkle over the mac ‘n’ cheese.
- Step 8Transfer the mac ‘n’ cheese to a baking/ serving dish.
- Step 9Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 10Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and serve.
