Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Thick slices of white bread
- 35g Mature grated chedder
- 2 tsp Cranberry sauce
Method
- Step 1Heat your oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and allow the pan to heat up.
- Step 2Sprinkle the cheese on one slice of bread and spread with the cranberry sauce. Top with another bread slice.
- Step 3Put the sandwich in the pan and use a spatula to pat it down.
- Step 4Grill on one side for approximately 4-5 minutes and then flip over and repeat.
- Step 5Serve immediately.
