  • 280gUnsalted butter
  • 280gDark chocolate
  • 415gGolden caster sugar
  • 3large free-range egg
  • 1Large Free range egg yolk
  • 1 1/2Vanilla extract
  • 60gCocoa Powder
  • 130gPlain flour
  • 150gDark chocolate drops
  • 3Creme eggs
  • 10-12Mini Eggs
Method
  • Step 1Pre heat oven to 160ºc/180ºC fan/gas mark 4. Line baking tray with baking paper. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder. Whisk together the sugar, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Stir in melted chocolate. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate drops. Pour the mixture into a lined tray. Lay the crème eggs on top along with the mini eggs. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
