Introduction
Create adorable reindeer treats.
Ingredients
- PreferenceLarge marshmallows
- PreferencePretzels
- PreferenceCandy
- PreferenceReady-to-roll white icing
- 100gMilk chocolate
- PreferenceButter
Method
- Step 1Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Step 2In a small pan melt chocolate and butter and stir occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Step 3Dip each marshmallow into the chocolate and place on the baking tray.
- Step 4 Refrigerate and allow to set for 15 minutes.
- Step 5Flip the marshmallows upside down and place a small drop of the melted chocolate on the back of the marshmallow.
- Step 6Place the pretzels on the melted chocolate and press down - these will be the antlers.
- Step 7Once you have put antlers on all of the marshmallows, refrigerate for a further 10 minutes.
- Step 8Using the ready-to-roll icing, roll out pea sized pieces and then place a dot of fondant on the centre of the eye.
- Step 9Take the marshmallows out of the fridge, and add the sweets to make a nose!
- Step 10Refrigerate for a final 10 minutes
