Ingredients
- 1 cup Low fat milk
- 1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup Natural yoghurt
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 Egg (raw)
- 1 tbs LSA mix linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds
- 1 tbs Honey
Method
- Step 1Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, add all ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
- Step 2Chef's Tip: You can purchase LSA mix from most supermarkets in the health aisle or your health food shop.
