Introduction
A family friendly dish with an oriental twist on beef and broccoli noodles. Created in partnership with popular chef, Haste's Kitchen @hasteskitchen

Ingredients
  • 3cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsphoisin sauce
  • 1lime juice
  • 2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1finely chopped green chilli
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500gsliced sirloin
  • 400gper cooked noodles
  • pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1Finely sliced carrot
  • 10long stem broccoli
  • 10baby corn (halved)
  • 20green beans
  • optional hand-full chopped coriander
Method
  • Step 1Add half the vegetable oil to the multicooker, add the beef and sear- then take out and leave to rest.

  • Step 2Mix together all the sauce ingredients then add the rest of the vegetable oil to the hot pan.
  • Step 3Add the vegetables and sear for around 1 - 2 minutes then add the noodles, steak and sauce, stir lightly making sure the sauce covers everything. Serve with coriander and more chilli if you prefer it hotter.
