Ingredients
  • 1 Beef brisket
  • 2tspSmoked Paprika
  • 2tbspHoney
  • 3tspGarlic
  • 2tspGinger
  • 1 CanLarger
  • 1 shotBourbon / Whiskey
  • 1tbspTomato Paste
  • 2tbspTomato Ketchup
  • 2tbspBrown Sauce
  • 2tbspApple Cider Vinegar
  • 2tbspCherry Jam
  • 1 cubeBeef stock
  • 4Brioche Buns
Method
  • Step 1Add the beef to the multi cooker and select the sear function, add oil to the pan along with the beef brisket. Sear and then add smoked paprika, honey, garlic, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, lager, bourbon, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sauce, apple cider vinegar, cherry jam and cover with beef stock to over the meat area.
  • Step 2Put the slow cook setting on high for four hours.

  • Step 3Meanwhile add, equal quantities of shredded red cabbage, apple, carrot, onion to a bowl and mix with horseradish, yogurt and lemon juice.
  • Step 4Take out the beef and shred with two forks, add to a toasted brioche and serve with lots of bbq sauce and coleslaw.
