Rated 4 out of 5 by from very good but temperature control could be better Great slow cooker. The sous vide function is OK especially for long cooking times, however mine takes up to 30 minutes to settle down to a constant temperature and will fluctuate up to 2-3 degrees above and below the target temperature before it settles down. So it is best suited for joints that require long extended cooking times eg for brisket, turkey legs etc - I don't think I would even try and cook fish in it. I haven't had much success with "temperature probe" mode :-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it - I use it for the sous vide I have been experimenting recently and wanted to start sous vide cooking steaks was looking for a cheaper alternatives rather than buying all the individual items. this is ideal for the sous vide side, not yet used as a slow cooker but the design and size of it make it really handy for winter.
