Green Tea, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Here's how to use green tea in a smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 green tea bag
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method

  1. Sit the green tea bag in a mug and pour over the boiling water.
  2. Let it sit for 3 minutes, remove the tea bag and stir in the honey.
  3. Cool for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Place all ingredients in the container and blend for 30 seconds.
