Ingredients

Blueberry Smoothie
  • 175ml apple juice
  • 120ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 170g blueberries
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
  • 250g strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 300ml skimmed milk
  • 150ml natural yoghurt
  • 15ml spoon clear honey

Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy.
    2. Serve immediately.

Top Tip: To clean your jug blender quickly add a little washing up liquid and some water and blitz to get rid of most of the residue.
