Breakfast Power Smoothie
A smoothie designed to give you extra energy in the morning.
- 1 cup low fat milk
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup natural yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg (raw)
- 1 tbs *LSA mix (linseeds, sunflower seeds & almonds)
- 1 tbs honey

- Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, add all ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
Chef's Tip: You can purchase LSA mix from most supermarkets in the health aisle or your health food shop.
