- Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a small flower or umbrella.
Chef's Tip: If you can’t find the puree use 2 to 3 actual passion fruits – simply scoop out the flesh discarding the skin.
