- Mix the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and vegetable oil together in a bowl.
- Pour into a tray and place the salmon skin side up into the liquid. Leave to marinate for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill. Once heated, place the salmon onto the grill and cook for approximately 7-8 minutes or until the salmon starts to flake.
Chef’s Tip: Serve with our steamed lemon broccoli and our delicious Bulgar Wheat for a balanced evening meal.
