There is not enough steam or no steam is coming out of the steamer?

The steamer has potentially not heated to the full temperature, always allow the steamer to pre-heat at least 60 seconds or until the power button light stops flashing. There may also not be enough water in the tank if so always ensure it is full to the max marking.
