Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad design On initial set up and usage I thought the steamer was very good and has good sized baskets. However, the baskets are numbered so have to be used in a certain order. On my old one, one basket broke but I continued using it with 2 baskets until they broke.You do not have the option to do that with this one.If number 1 gets broken, number 2 or 3 will not sit properly on base or number 3 will not sit on number 1 if number 2 gets broken etc. I would not recommend due to this

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality Needed a replacement steamer as old one had broken. We chose this for the dishwasher safe baskets mainly. All good, the only criticism is, when the baskets are stacked away for storage, they don't sit on top of the steamer.
