- 250mlDouble cream
- 100gIcing sugar
- 300gstrawberries, diced
- 1Lemon, juiced
Method
- Step 1For the puree, blend 200g of strawberries stalks removed, Lemon juice and 50g of Icing sugar then set aside until ready to use.
- Step 2In a bowl, add the 250ml of double cream and 50g of icing sugar and using your Desire Matte Black Hand Mixer whisk until soft peaks are formed
- Step 3Fold half of the strawberry puree and the diced strawberries into the cream.
- Step 4Divide the mixture between the serving glasses and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
