Ingredients
- 2x 200-250gsalmon portions
- OR 300gtofu
- 3 tspred chilli paste
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1lime, zest and juice
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspginger paste
- to tastesalt and pepper
- 2x portionssprouting broccoli
- 3 tbspsesame seeds
- 2 tbspolive oil
- Season withsalt and cayenne pepper
Method
- Step 1Start off by making the marinade by combining the red chilli paste, garlic, lime, ginger paste, olive oil, sesame oil into a bowl and mixing well, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Then, brush half the marinade onto the salmon or tofu, and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Put the other half of the marinade aside to serve.
- Step 3Toss the broccoli in the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Step 4In a separate bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges in olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.

- Step 6Once the Air Fryer is preheated, add in the sweet potato wedges and cook for 8 minutes.
- Step 7Next, add the salmon or Tofu to the grill plate and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Step 8Finally, add in the broccoli and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Step 9Serve up, and drizzle with the remaining chilli marinade as a dressing.
