- 120gFresh raspberries
- 80gCaster sugar
- 100mlPlain yoghurt
- 100mlDouble cream
- 120mlFull fat milk
Method
- Step 1Add the raspberries and sugar to a bowl and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- Step 2Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk together until combined.
- Step 3Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Step 4Use the FROZEN YOGHURT setting to process.
