Ingredients
- Approx. 100 g of peach flesh1 large peach
- 90gCaster sugar
- 100mlPlain yoghurt
- 130mlDouble cream
- 130mlFull fat milk
- 2tspVanilla paste
Method
- Step 1Blend the peach and sugar together until smooth.
- Step 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Step 3Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Step 4Use the FROZEN YOGHURT setting to process.
- Step 5Tip – use ripe and juicy peaches for best results
