Introduction

Ingredients
  • 4 halves Tinned apricot in juice
  • 80ml Apricot juice (from tin)
  • 2 Peaches
  • 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 200ml Milk
  • 2 tsp Honey
Method
  • Step 1 Stone and roughly chop the peaches.
  • Step 2 Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, put everything into the blender jug.
  • Step 3 Run at a low speed for 15 seconds, then high speed for 15 seconds.
