Introduction
Whip up some healthy fast-food with our pan fried broccoli with stilton and hazelnuts.

Ingredients
  • 1400gBoneless chicken thighs
  • 10gSmoked paprika
  • 3gChilli powder
  • 30mlOlive oil
  • 1Lemon, juice and zest
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
Method
  • Step 1 Mix the paprika, chilli powder, oil, lemon and seasoning in a bowl.
  • Step 2 Cut the chicken into your desi sized pieces and add to the bowl.
  • Step 3 Mix well making sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade.
  • Step 4 Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 5 Remove the chicken from the fridge about 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Step 6 Preheat the grill on setting 5. Once heated, cook the chicken until the juices run clear.
