Sides and Snacks
- Preference Medium sized potatoes
- 50g Butter
- 80ml Milk
- To taste Salt and pepper
- Step 1 Quarter potatoes and steam until just tender.
- Step 2 Drain well and using a potato masher, mash until smooth.
- Step 3 Add butter and milk to potatoes and beat with a wooden spoon or whisk with a hand blender until light and fluffy.
- Step 4 Season with salt and pepper.
