Ingredients
  • 400gMango, cut into chunks
  • 60gCaster sugar
  • 100mlBoiling water
  • 1/2Lime juice
Method
  • Step 1Add sugar and lime juice to the boiling water, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Step 2Add mango chunks to the mixture and blend until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Step 3Add to an ice cream tub, replace lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Step 4Use the SORBET setting to process.
  • Step 5Tip – use ripe and juicy mango for best results
