Introduction
The perfect BBQ side, burger topper or sandwich filler, this classic coleslaw recipe is one to keep!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Medium head cabbage
  • 1 Purple cabbage wedge
  • 2 Medium carrots, peeled; grated
  • 1 Small purple onion
  • 180ml Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Ground pepper
Method
  • Step 1 Using a slicing blade in the food processor, slice the cabbages and onion.
  • Step 2 Place cabbage, onion and carrots in a large bowl.
  • Step 3 In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to blend.
  • Step 4 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.
