  • 4-6Sponge fingers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pktJelly, dissolved
  • 500mlCustard
  • 400mlDouble Cream
  • 50gIcing Sugar
  • 10-12Strawberries, diced
  • Handful Chocolate flakes
  • Handful Hundreds and thousands
Method
  • Step 1Firstly, using your Desire Matte Black Hand Mixer with the whisk attachment, whisk the cream and icing sugar together until soft peaks are formed. Transfer to the piping bag with the nozzle
  • Step 2To put the trifles together, first, divide the cubed sponge fingers between the glasses. Cover in a little of the jelly and set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3Next, divide the diced strawberries between the glasses and then top with the remaining jelly. Set in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the jelly is set.
  • Step 4Divide the custard between the glasses and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5Finally, pipe the whipped cream on top and garnish with hundreds and thousands and chocolate flakes.
