DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • Delivery
    We will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If, for any reason, there is going to be delay in dispatching the goods, we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes. Orders £20 and over will be delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address, for orders under £20 delivery will be charged at the rate of £2.99 per order to a UK mainland address.
  • Shipping Zones UK mainland only.
    Please note: for orders requiring shipment outside of the UK Mainland, payment will not be taken and orders will not be processed. We will contact you to confirm cancellation of order and arrange, where possible, to process your order through our customer services with a standard postage charge.

    All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Delivery times are Monday – Friday between 7am & 9pm. You can track the status of your order up to being dispatched by imputing your login code on our track order page. Your login code is emailed to you when you complete your order. If you wish to track your order after dispatch please contact customer services on 0845 658 9700 or email us at service@russellhobbs.com for a tracking number.
  • Cancellation or Changing your order
    Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost and these must be returned to us unused with all components and in the original packaging. Please call us on 0845 658 9700 or email us at contact us stating your name and invoice number should you wish to cancel or change your order within this period.
  • Returns
    We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

    Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost and these must be returned to us with all components and in the original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened and the product is not faulty then we are unable to provide a full refund. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to Spectrum Brands (UK) Ltd, Customer Service Department, Fir Street, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0HS. Please include a covering letter with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you received it.

    Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, or not as ordered due to a fault of ours, which is within the guarantee period from purchase stated on the instructions for use, you may contact us on 0845 658 9700 or by email using contact us. We will then supply the correct pre-paid label or postage to enable its return. In either case if goods are found to be faulty, or which you did not order, we will either replace the product or give you a full refund. For electrical items please check or read the instructions for use carefully before returning a product.
