This traditional family-friendly welsh stew is packed full of flavour and makes a delicious dinner.
Serves 8 -10
1. Cut the lamb into 2-3 cm pieces and add to the pot. Peel and cut the carrots into 1-2 cm pieces, chop the onion into 2-3 cm pieces, cut the swede into 1-2 cm pieces, wash the leeks thoroughly and slice, finely chop the garlic and add all ingredients to the pot.
2. Cook on high for 8 hours.
Serve with a chunk of fresh crusty bread
