Cut the chorizo into 1-2 cm pieces, cut the onions into approximately 1-2 cm pieces, de-seed the peppers and cut into 1-2 cm pieces, finely chop the garlic. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-2 cm pieces. Select the steam function, add half the oil to the bowl and close the lid. After 4-5 minutes add the chorizo and cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain on paper and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil to the bowl and fry the onions, garlic and peppers for 2-3 minutes. Add all ingredients to the bowl, press the cancel button, select the stew function.
