Cut the lamb into 2-3 cm pieces, cut the bacon into approximately 2 cm pieces, finely chop the garlic, dice the onion into approximately 1-2 cm pieces, peel and cut the carrot into 1-2 cm pieces, peel and cut the potatoes into 1-2 cm pieces.
Add all ingredients to the pot, season and cook on high for 8 hours.
