Australian Meat and Potato One Pot

Australian Meat and Potato One Pot

Serve up a taste of down under with our take on the traditional Aussie meat pie - A great sharing dish that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 white onions, chopped
  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 60ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 500ml beef stock
  • 6 potatoes cut into 1-2 cm pieces

Method

Serves 8-10

  1. Select the steam function, add the oil and close the lid. After 4-5 minutes add the beef, cook for 9 – 12 minutes stirring on regular occasions making sure the beef doesn’t cook in lumps.

  2. Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic, peel and cut the potatoes into approximately 1 cm pieces. Add all ingredients to the bowl and bring to the boil, press the cancel button and select the stew function.
