This aromatic marinade with citrus bursts is packed full of flavour and won't disappoint - ideal for BBQ'd prawn skewers.
30ml sweet light soy sauce
2 tblspn soft brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
20g fresh ginger
1 stick lemon grass
30g sweet chilli sauce
30g fish sauce
30g sesame oil
Top Tip: This is ideal for marinating prawn skewers
Finely chop the garlic, finely grate the ginger and add to the mini chopper, zest the limes and finely chop and squeeze the juice of the limes, add both to the mini chopper. Finely slice the lemon grass and add to the mini chopper.
Add all other ingredients and blend until well combined.
Put the marinade in a bowl and add the produce to be marinated, we recommend king prawn kebabs, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Before removing from the marinade mix around in the bowl.
