Add a hint of honey and mustard to mayonnaise for a sweet and tangy twist - perfect with pork or ham.
Makes: approx 500ml
1. In a food processor add the egg yolks and vinegar, blend until well combined and starting to slightly thicken.
2. Slowly add the oil whilst still blending until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
3. Stir in the mustard and honey and season to taste
Top Tip: This is ideal served with ham or pork.
