Coconut and Chia Seed Bread

You’ll love this super easy-to-make superfood loaf, which is ideal for breakfast-on-the-run or a healthy morning tea with friends.

Ingredients
  • 300g coconut milk
  • 30g (2 tbsp) coconut oil
  • 8g (1 ½ tsp) salt
  • 22g (1 ½ tbsp) caster sugar
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 80g desiccated coconut
  • 400g strong white flour
  • 7g (1 sachet) yeast

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.
    • Always remember to put wet ingredients in first, dry ingredients second and finally the yeast.
  2. Bake on Basic Function (1) and select Medium Sized Loaf.
