We wanted to replace our RH kettle because the spout weld is leaking, but after 10 years that's not bad going.
Reviewed what was available in our local John Lewis and HoF but nothing was quite right and neither had RH products.
Hoping the new kettle is as trouble free and long-lasting as the current one.
Found the site very easy to navigate and ordering straighforward. Pity it doesn't accept amex, and would be better if this was obvious before you enter the card number (only needs the boxes to be re-ordered)

Have had electrical goods from Russell Hobbs before.Can not fault them.Well made,work well, modern in appearance(stylish}and reasonably priced.All my goods have been exactly as described.Will always return if necessary.
